Hey!
My name is Tanya. Past. I was born in Minsk, Belarus, and have been drawing and crafting for as long as I can remember. I've attended various craft clubs, ranging from drawing to sculpting and the basics of sewing. I can never stick with just one thing for too long, so I constantly experiment with different materials and techniques.
After graduating from school, I studied architecture for four years In Minsk. During that time, my perspective on the world changed, and I began to develop an appreciation for small details and capturing moments. I completed my studies, but I’ve never worked as an architect.
In Israel, I began my journey seven years ago with the Masa program in Be'er Sheva, where I studied graphic design. After finishing the program I worked as a junior graphic designer in small startup for six months.
For the past four years, I have worked at a company specializing in concrete restoration. This experience has profoundly changed my perspective on colors and textures. I learned many fascinating techniques and have even reached the point where I now train new teams in these skills.
I’ve participated in several group exhibitions and organized two solo shows. Preparing for these exhibitions has been an exhilarating and nerve-wracking process, full of creative challenges and tight deadlines.
I’m looking forward to seeing what’s next on my creative path.
